The American Oil Chemists’ Society (AOCS) will issue its annual Samuel Rosen memorial award at the 94th AOCS meeting in Kansas City, MO May 4-7, 2003. The award honors a scientist or technologist who has made significant accomplishments in application of the principles of surfactant chemistry.
